The Knowledge Management Team or the KM Team for short is tasked with the responsibility of conducting monthly events and associated work. The KM Team identifies the concepts for monthly events, selects the ideal ‘star performers’ or ‘pivots’, receives nominations from volunteers, develops the contents, conducts team meetings and workshops, does the road-shows and countdowns and finally arranges the event, usually on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. After each event, the KM Team also collects feedback from the members, analyses and presents to the Management Committee and all members.
